The Prabal Gurung for Target collection needed a big digital idea, so we gave them the first shoppable story released on Pinterest

The Brief

Target wanted to reinforce its fashion and design cred with a limited-time collection by Prabal Gurung, who was inspired by love in all its many stages. So Target leveraged a rom-com marketing approach. Unfortunately, there was no actual movie—until we made one on Pinterest as part of our digital campaign. It’s the kind of innovation Target loves to celebrate and extends campaigns where consumers are, with no dead ends.

Case Study: The First-Ever Shoppable Story on Pinterest

We supplemented the social media campaign with an interactive quiz on Target.com where folks could create their own love story. The results would tell them their love style, display pieces from the collection and offer up a music video and soundtrack, to complete the story and the vibe.

Each element of our digital and social media campaigns worked together seamlessly to create a 360 integrated campaign with no dead ends.
