How do you simplify the scholarship procss so high school students can understand how it works, without feeling massively overwhelmed?
Create pieces of content that would share tips and advice with students on how to work smarter not harder when it comes to searching and applying for scholarships. The team executed significant research at the beginning of the project in the form of 1:1 interviews, digital surveys and photo diaries to understand students’ biggest pain points, challenges and misconceptions about scholarships. We then used these insights to drive our content strategy and creation. The primary goal was to write the pieces in a clear, trusting tone and voice that students could understand without getting frustrated, confused or overwhelmed.
